Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours, the remaining 45% will be charged to your card, totaling 95% of the service fee.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for tardiness. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and you will be asked to reschedule.
To qualify for a lash fill, you must:
• Arrive with at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining on each eye
• Be within the correct fill window: a 2-week fill is 14–20 days from your last appointment; a 3-week fill is 21–25 days from your last fill appointment.
If you arrive outside of these timeframes or with less than 50% of your lashes intact, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. You will be asked to reschedule for a full set. A lash removal can be purchased and performed at this time if needed.
After two no-shows, future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to continue receiving services.
CHILD POLICY:
🚫 No children under 13 are permitted in the lash studio
🚨If you arrive with a child under 13, you will be counted and charged as a no-show and asked to reschedule.
✅Children 13 and over are welcome to attend as long as they can sit quietly and respectfully in the waiting area for the duration of your appointment.
