Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
To maintain the quality, precision, and care behind every set, arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late will require rescheduling so your service is never rushed. As the reserved time can no longer be completed as scheduled, a missed appointment fee will apply.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of the remaining 50% of the service fee to the card on file, totaling 100% of the service cost. This ensures fairness and protects the dedicated time set aside for each client.
Deposits are non-transferable/refundable within the 48-hour cancellation window. Exceptions may be given in the event of extreme circumstances, such as severe weather.
Lash Fill Policy
Lash fill appointments are designed to maintain and refresh your existing set. To ensure proper balance, retention, and the best overall results, the following qualifications must be met:
• A minimum of 50% of your lash extensions must remain on each eye
• You must be within the appropriate fill timeframe:
– 2-Week Fill: 14–20 days from your last appointment
– 3-Week Fill: 21–25 days from your last appointment
Appointments outside of these timeframes, or with less than 50% of extensions remaining, will no longer qualify as a fill.
In these situations, the reserved appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and a full set will need to be scheduled at a later date to restore your lashes properly. If necessary, a lash removal service may be added and performed at that time.
